This beekeepers favorite. This honey has a city in Mississippi named after it and also has an album and song by the band Van Morrison written for it. The name tupelo hails from the native american language meaning "swamp tree". Tupelo trees grow the best in wetlands, which make them hard to access and also blossom for only three weeks, making this honey a prized varietal. Rich in antioxidants, it is buttery with hints of fruit and a touch of cinnamon.
