This beekeepers favorite.  The name tupelo hails from the native american language meaning "swamp tree". Tupelo trees grow the best in wetlands, which make them hard to access and also blossom for only three weeks making this honey a prized varietal.  It is rich and buttery with hints of fruit and a touch of cinnamon.
